Who we are

DataJuul (“we,” “us”) helps companies sell and license their business data. This policy explains how we handle information you give us through datajuul.com or by email. Questions? Write to info@datajuul.com.

What we collect

  • Information you submit in our forms, such as your name, title, company, work email, phone number, company size, industry, state, and details about your company’s data and goals.
  • Anything you include when you email us.
  • Basic technical information collected by our hosting and form providers, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to deliver the site.

How we use it

  • To respond to you and contact you about selling or licensing your company’s data, as you asked us to.
  • To understand your data and identify potential buyers.
  • To arrange a review of your agreement by an independent licensed attorney.
  • To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

How we share it

  • Service providers that host this site, process form submissions and deliver email for us.
  • The independent attorney who reviews your agreement, when you move forward with a deal.
  • Potential buyers, only with your permission. We won’t share your identity or details about your data with a buyer until you tell us to.
  • When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell the personal information you submit through this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, by emailing info@datajuul.com. If you are a California resident, you also have rights under California law to know what we collect, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and pursue the engagement you asked about, and then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
